In this workshop, we will explore how the tool of mindful awareness can support the flow of our writing.
We will explore mindful awareness practices as a way to cultivate:
being present
When we intentionally bring our attention to the present moment with non-judgment and friendly kindness, inner spaciousness expands to hear our true voice.
befriending our nervous system
When our nervous system is in a calm, safe state, inner space expands to respond rather than react to a strong wave of emotion. As thoughts and feelings integrate, the content of our writing can flow with more ease.

The workshop will include simple experiential breathing exercises, no experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing.
